Mr. Huang is a Partner and the Head of Cross-border Investment and Trade Practice at Dentons Shenzhen office. Mr. Huang obtained his LLB degree from Sun Yat-sen University and LLM degree from University College London. Mr. Huang specializes in merger and acquisition, cross-border investment and trade, and capital market, and is experienced in providing legal services to multinational companies, giant SOE, investment banks and private equity funds.

Mr. Huang has eminent experience in cross-border investment and commercial negotiation. He has represented clients from the United States, Europe, Japan, India, Singapore, etc. on their various projects in China, in the fields of industries manufacturing, retail, TMT and life science. Before joining Dentons, Mr. Huang had practiced in JunHe LLP for years, and joined Walmart China as Senior Legal Counsel and Special Expert Counsel thereafter.
